At Knives, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our blades and offer a 30-day return window for any unused items in their original packaging. Whether you are unsatisfied with the handle ergonomics or the blade profile, we are committed to ensuring you find the perfect tool for your kitchen.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the knife you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely wrap the knife in its original protective sheath and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the blade is fully covered.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master smiths verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
